Our natural coffee lab center hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. CST. Any order placed before 3 p.m. CST; will ship within 5-7 business day, of the order being placed. Any order placed after 3 p.m. CST will not ship until the following business day.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and our customers, production and fulfillment was completely redesigned to comply with state recommended safety practices.
What does this mean for you?
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason please contact us. We will gladly fix what ever issue you have. All sales are final however our goal is to satisfy all customers.
RETURNS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are RETURNING an item over $30, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
